In the case of a cancelled order, we will make every attempt to contact you using the details you have provided. All monies will be refunded immediately.

Pricing

All prices listed are in Australian dollars, includes 10% GST and are current at the time of issue. Prices are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or liabilities imposed by any government agency, including without limitation, any customs duty, goods and services taxes or value added tax imposed on any product or service acquired or ordered by you from this website.

Delivery

Please read the Delivery information contained in the website. The delivery times provided by In Sport are indicative only and we will not be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

Risk and Title

In Sport will retain title to the products you order until payment has been received in full, but all risk in the products will pass to you upon delivery to collect by postal or courier service. You should consider whether insurance is appropriate.

Returns

The circumstances in which returns are permitted are set out in the returns policy. All returns must be in new condition unless faulty. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is not in new, unused and unworn condition. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be returned back at the customer’s expense. Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty.
